We at the Photofinishing Station want you to be happy with your experience at Motorama 2008 and satisfied with the quality of the images you order. Our goal was to assure as many events and venues as possible and as many participants as possible were covered and photographed. We also want to provide you with an easy and convenient way to view and order your images from Motorama 2008.  Although the Photofinishing Station endorses the participating photographers who’s work is displayed on our website, we do not represent them. They are each independent photographers who worked hard to bring you the best images possible. As such, the Photofinishing Station does not warranty or guarantee the quality of the images captured. We are also providing links to those photographer’s websites who photographed various events however do not wish to participate with the Photofinishing Station in our support of the Spina Bifida Association.

To assure timely printing and delivery of your images, many of the photographers are also allowing the Photofinishing Station to act as the fulfillment service provider for images ordered through the Photofinishing Station website. Please order carefully when placing your order. In the event of a printing error, the Photofinishing Station will either reprint your order or refund your money upon return of the incorrectly printed prints. There are no refunds for ordering errors.  Order carefully, be sure you are ordering the prints you want and that you like the image you are ordering before placing the order. Only in the rare instance will any refunds be offered and any such refund will be minus the transaction fee we are charged to host your images and process your credit card, shipping and a return fee.

We only use your personal information to extent required to process your credit card and ship your order to you. We do not release or sell your information to any other parties.

The Photofinishing Station is not responsible for content on pages reached by following links to other external businesses or individuals.  At the time of posting and enabling a link, Photofinishing Station determined the content found on that link was consistent with other content found on our site and would of interest to viewers of our site. Photofinishing Station has no control of such content nor subsequent changes. Should a link lead you to what you believe is inappropriate content please email us and we will re-evaluate the link.
